Thanks for this interview George! I like the point that Rasmus makes about the need to have a strong why. He is right – if people don’t have a strong why they will feel too comfortable. Without the why more than likely they will take the easy option – and stay with their job (rather than start a business). A strong why is an essential pre-requisite for forward movement!
